I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with individuals ages 6 and up, supporting clients navigating depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges. I also specialize in working with unconventional couples, as well as pre-marital and married partners and families who want to strengthen communication, accountability, and honesty in their relationships.
I provide a warm, safe, and supportive environment where growth and accountability can happen. My approach is grounded in authenticity. Also, as a military spouse, I understand the complexities that life can bring and I am here to support individuals from all walks of life.
As a Prepare/Enrich facilitator, I am able to assist couples in strengthening their relationship, communication skills, and navigating conflicts that arise within their relationship. I am passionate about helping individuals reach goals and discovering the new and old.
