I work with children, teens, adults, and families navigating stress, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. For younger clients, this may look like big emotions, anxiety, or shutdowns. For teens and adults, it often appears as chronic stress, burnout, or trauma responses. Together we focus on building emotional and nervous system regulation.
