Throughout our journey I strive to maintain a non-judgmental, person centered therapeutic approach while utilizing EMDR, CBT, Mindfulness based therapy, and more. Scientific research has established EMDR as effective for post-traumatic stress, anxiety, complicated grief, dissociative disorders, disturbing memories, phobias, performance anxiety, stress reduction, addictions, abuse, and more. I am an EMDR Certified Therapist and consultant. I also offer traditional talk therapy, somatic, and mindfulness techniques.
