I am passionate about working with individuals who are having difficulties with managing intense emotions, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationship difficulties, stress management, and other difficulties in life.
I take a very person-centered integrative approach to the counseling relationship and experience. I incorporate and utilize various therapies into the individuals treatment that best suits the individuals needs at that time.
