Brandi also loves to work with children and adolescents ages 12-20 around numerous issues, including, but not limited to: friendships, identity, self-esteem, anxiety, and finding their voice. Brandi is dedicated to helping them become strong and healthy humans before they lead lives fully on their own. Her goal is to help build autonomy. Brandi works with kiddos of divorce and helping navigate this transition when they may be lost in the middle.
Brandi has experience working with clients who struggle with eating disorders, ADHD, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, self-harm, and many other mental health concerns. She has training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy modalities, although she adjusts her style to each client as each individual is unique.
Brandi is here to help you make a change for the better. She is a strong believer in individual autonomy and the power we have over our own lives.
