Do you feel worried, lost, insecure and unsure what to do? Sometimes it can be difficult to navigate your own path. I provide my clients with a safe space to speak freely without judgment - for you to feel heard and understood. I want to help you understand yourself better, recognize your strengths, build your resilience, learn healthier coping skills, and rediscover your joy.
I work with individuals of all ages using an integrative approach. I specialize in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy focusing on Distress Tolerance, Radical Acceptance, and strengths-based Solution Focused Therapy. I previously interned at Halifax Adult Psychiatric and have experience in crisis stabilization.
My approach to therapy is person-centered, meaning that I provide a calming space of non-judgement for clients to feel safe, secure, and at ease. I am here to help support you as you journey through life. I would love to help bring you some comfort and peace in a world that can sometimes feel overwhelming.
