My theoretical approach is always client-centered with treatment approaches pulling from Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gestalt, 12-Step, and Brainspotting therapies. I appreciate a 4-pronged bio-psycho-social-spiritual wellness model, and welcome exploration of your faith-integration in our work together.
Outside of my practice, I am active in the mental health field working as a contracted clinical supervisor and consultant, and a professor and practicum coordinator at Jessup University's School of Psychology and MACP Program.
Living life is a common experience, yet each life-experience is unique and some uncommon. In addition to being a therapist, I am a wife, mother, sister, daughter and animal lover. My life experiences have taught me lessons that shape my personality and therapeutic style, and I've been told that I'm easy to talk to.
