I hold Level 2 certification in Gottman Method Couples Therapy which allows me to help couples enhance their communication, deepen their emotional connection, and navigate relationship challenges appropriately. I am also passionate about advocating for the LGBTQIA+ community through counseling and community-based advocacy efforts.
I use an integrative approach to healing which draws from a variety of approaches including Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused, Adlerian Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Family Systems, and more.
