Brandi wanted to become a therapist ever since she was a teenager, struggling with her own mental health journey. Her goal has always been to “be the person she needed when she was younger.” Throughout her graduate studies at Florida State University, Brandi discovered her preferred counseling orientations: person-centered, CBT, ACT, and elements of art therapy.

Brandi uses person-centered therapy modalities, combining CBT, ACT, and elements of art therapy. She works well with children as young as 4 as well as adults. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a dual Master’s and Educational Specialist degree in Mental Health Counseling. She is also a National Certified Counselor.

Brandi takes a compassionate non judgmental approach with all her clients. She creates a treatment plan that can help her clients achieve happiness and mental well being.
