Life is never guaranteed to be easy, but we do not have to travel alone. I have spent the past 8 years of my career working with young children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate some of the most challenging seasons of their lives. If you have experienced childhood trauma that is plaguing you as an adult or are the parent of a child suffering from mental health concerns, I would love to come along side you and help you on your healing journey.
I am a trauma-informed behavioral health clinician that specializes in complex trauma, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and grief. I am bilingual in Spanish and love to help Spanish speakers receive services in their native language. I also provide Christian-based therapy for those seeking to incorporate their faith into their healing journey.
