My name is Brandi, and I'm passionate about helping individuals navigate the complexities of anxiety and attachment issues. I offer virtual and in-person sessions. My journey into mental health advocacy began with my own experiences, where I discovered the transformative power of therapy. This personal insight fuels my commitment to guiding others on their healing journeys. My goal is to help “Just One person every day”. When I'm not in the therapy office, you'll often find me spending time with friends at the gym, enjoying my chef skills, practicing mindfulness, or enjoying quality time outside and with loved ones.
In our sessions, I blend evidence-based techniques with genuine empathy and understanding. I’ll meet individuals where they need to be and process what feelings and thoughts come up. I incorporate undirected and Directive approaches to completing goals. Together, we unravel the layers of anxiety and attachment patterns, working towards fostering growth.
With a background in Mental Health Counseling and specialized training in anxiety and attachment, I offer a warm, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their emotions and experiences. Drawing from my own struggles and hurdles, I understand the courage it takes to seek support and embark on the path to self-discovery.
