I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with children, adolescents (ages 3–18), and their families. I specialize in helping kids and teens navigate behavioral challenges, anxiety, trauma, and big emotions—while also supporting parents in feeling more confident and effective at home.
I am certified in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and have advanced training in play therapy, both of which guide my work with younger children and caregivers. I’m especially passionate about working alongside parents to better understand their child’s behavior, strengthen connection, and create practical, lasting change in the home.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in attachment and relationship-based principles. I use evidence-based therapies tailored to each child and family, including PCIT, play therapy, CBT, TF-CBT, DBT skills, exposure therapy, EMDR, and parent coaching. As a registered play therapist and help children heal through the natural language of play.
