Working with a therapist can help improve your relationships, thinking, job performance, and overall well-being. I also work with people struggling from the aftermath of traumatic events. Having frequent nightmares, feeling on edge, and avoiding things you enjoy can all be normal after trauma. I enjoy helping people find peace and hope after these life changing events.
My treatment style is collaborative, goal oriented, sincere and personalized. I utilize Evidenced Based Treatment approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I have received special training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Prolonged Exposure (PE).
