I often work with clients with "engineer-like" / very logical- based mindsets. I have a directive and driven therapy style, and a solution-focused approach.
My ideal client is new to therapy and nervous to reach out or has been in therapy before and is overwhelmed by the thought of having to restart. They know they want to start therapy but are feeling overwhelmed at the thought of it. They feel stuck in survival mode and are having trouble remembering a time where they weren't living in a crisis.
My primary focus is to walk alongside you during this journey, and to help you gain an understanding of yourself and what you've been through". I offers individual and couples counseling.
