I will teach you how to interact with one another in a healthy way, which will result in a reduction of unwanted symptoms and an increase in connection and understanding of one another through a systemic lens.
Utilizing emotion focus therapy and relational models of therapy I am warm yet direct and clear in how I conduct sessions.
