I work with children, teens, and adults who are navigating trauma, using substances to cope, or are neurodivergent, including Autism and ADHD. I specialize in trauma, substance use, and neurodivergence, including Autism and ADHD. Using CBT, DBT, and EMDR, we’ll work together to build practical skills, process experiences, and help you feel more connected, confident, and in control of your life.

Groups
Young Adult Support group
This group is for anyone between the ages of 16-25. We offer support and validation to each other and discuss topics such as relationships, coping skills, social issues, LGBTQ+, and anything else that might come up! The group typically meets on Saturday afternoons at our office, but is on hiatus for the summer of 2024. We hope to start again in the fall.
