We have obligations, responsibilities and demands that we have to keep up with, while putting in work to create a successful relationship. It can be exhausting at times and things can fall apart quickly. Therapy can be helpful for not just the couple or family, but the individual. This profile is for a group practice.
I have experience working with a wide variety of issues including substance abuse, codependency, divorce, parenting, physical/sexual abuse, domestic violence, grief/loss, depression, anxiety, stage of life issues, crisis intervention, self esteem and school/employment stressors, etc.
The practice works with people ages 4+. I have an eclectic treatment method that will be adapted to meet your needs. I am committed in working collaboratively with you to ensure that our time together is about you and meeting your needs.

Groups
DBT Skills Group ZOOM group
DBT skills groups are like a "skills class" for adults 18+. This is a 12 week curriculum follows a set agenda in which skills are taught in the areas of mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness. The group focuses on learning skills for regulating emotions, changing destructive patterns of thinking and behavior, improving communication and building the life you desire. Group starts 3/24 and is run by Nancyann LaClair, LMHC-D, C-DBT
