It can be exhausting at times and things can fall apart quickly. Therapy can be helpful for not just the couple or family, but the individual.
I have experience working with a wide variety of issues including substance abuse, codependency, divorce, parenting, physical/sexual abuse, domestic violence, grief/loss, depression, anxiety, stage of life issues, crisis intervention, self esteem and school/employment stressors, etc.
The practice works with people ages 4+. I have an eclectic treatment method that will be adapted to meet your needs. I am committed in working collaboratively with you to ensure that our time together is about you and meeting your needs.
