Feeling lost, anxious, overwhelmed, depressed, or alone? There's a lot of uneasiness in the world right now and figuring out how you feel, what you want, or who you are is especially difficult. Add to that a difficult personal history and it can feel near impossible. There's no need to carry this all on your own.

I've come to psychotherapy through teaching meditation and years of work in the arts. I love to help others develop healthy inner lives, relate more intimately, and find deeper meaning in their lives. In my work, I mesh an artistic sensibility with Buddhist leanings and relational and psychodynamic approaches to psychotherapy.

This is an interpersonal process group for adults 20+, all genders, ethnicities, and sexual orientations. It emphasizes relationships - with yourself, fellow group members, and the therapist. In addition, there is a strong emphasis on recognizing and authentically expressing your feelings as they arise.
