Life can feel like a series of exhausting loops—whether it’s the heavy fog of depression, the repetitive "what-ifs" of OCD, or the stress of navigating a world that doesn't always understand your identity. You aren't looking for a "one size fits all" therapist; you’re looking for someone who actually gets how the human brain works and how to help yours feel better.

My approach is grounded, genuinely curious, and driven by the science of psychology. I combine a deep understanding of human behavior with practical, evidence-based tools. Whether we are treating OCD with ERP, processing trauma with EMDR, or using CBT to navigate depression and life transitions, our work is about making real, tangible progress.

I provide a secular, safe, and affirming space for adults and teens (10+). I have a particular heart for the LGBTQ+ community and those in non-traditional relationship structures, but I am equally passionate about helping anyone facing the "common" battles of grief, anger, and family conflict.
