I began studying addiction counseling in 2010 and quickly found my passion in the counseling world. I specialize in addiction counseling and trauma therapy. I work with adults and families. I am a certified EMDR therapist and have studied complex trauma and structural dissociation.

After years in education as a college professor, teacher, and principal, my joy is working with older adolescents and young adults. My ideal client is reflective and purposeful. My clients are typically young adults transitioning to careers and learning to “adult”, adoptees discovering their identities and processing trauma, and birth/first mothers navigating grief and loss.
