Each person's journey is unique and the course of therapy will be paired to your needs. Methodology may include cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, attachment or family system theory. I engage EMDR and Brain Spotting as techniques to help you move through stuck points. We may utilize Ketamine assisted psychotherapy if appropriate.
We all go through times of feeling alone and disconnected. Loneliness and feelings of depression and anxiety are common. At these times it is important to reach out for help. Together we will work to help you unbind the patterns that keep you stuck.
