I specialize in working with teens, adults and families. When a teen or young adult is struggling, so is their family. Whether you are wanting your kid to get more out of life or are concerned about behavior/symptoms that destabilize your child's wellbeing, I can help. I also provide support for young adults that are working through the difficult transition to adulthood. For adult clients, I offer a deep understanding of the challenges of creating and sustaining meaningful relationships and navigating our fast and competitive modern society. You will gain important insights and support on your authentic path.

My experience as a coach, teacher, mentor, individual, couples and family therapist allow me to offer a unique skill set to match to your individual/family needs. We will deepen relational ties and you will have parenting support drawing from 25 years of serving youth and families in the community.

Human performance and peak mental states is a passion. With a combination of biofeedback and psychological skills, my clients sharpen their performance on the court, in the classroom, at the office, or in their day-to-day interactions. I also offer brainspotting to get to the root of performance issues.
