Through building a relationship based on compassion, empathy, and respect, we discover the tools needed for growth and change, the resilience and strength that you always possessed.

I believe that trust is essential in a therapeutic relationship, and I work to provide an place where you truly feel heard and valued. I believe it is important to incorporate into therapy all aspects of who you are: your feelings, your thoughts, any spiritual components, and how you interact with those around you.
