Neuropsychologists Dr. Anneliese Radke & Dr. Nicholas Bott specialize in assessment for those seeking assistance with diagnostic clarification for complex cases with multifactorial components, characterizing extent of cognitive & functional changes, describing one’s cognitive profile (e.g., strengths & weaknesses), determining baseline functioning, & tracking changes over time. We provide individualized treatment recommendations & we offer consultation with treatment providers. We also provide supportive & psychoeducational services for individuals & families managing issues related to changes in brain functioning.
We work with individuals & families related to Aging, Neurodegenerative Disease & Dementia, Epilepsy, Concussion & TBI, Medical Illness Compromising Cognition, & ADHD & Learning Disability. We have a particular focus on tailoring treatment recommendations for our patients & their families to meet their individual & evolving needs.
Dr. Radke completed her Neuropsychology Postdoctoral Fellowship at the UC Davis Alzheimer's Disease Research Center & Dr. Bott completed his Fellowship at the Clinical Excellence Research Center at Stanford University. We have further completed neuropsychology training experiences at the UCSF Memory & Aging & Epilepsy Centers & the Palo Alto VA.
