Through my own lived experiences, I've gained a great understanding and passion for hearing others’ stories and using my skills to help guide them to a more fulfilling life. I work with clients ages 16 and up. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, various mental health disorders, and the many struggles that life can throw our way. I have a passion for working with individuals in the hospice care system, as well as working with their families to help navigate them through a difficult time.
I use a variety of techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral, Client-Centered, Narrative Therapy, and mindfulness techniques, often with a Solution Focused Mindset. I emphasize the importance of getting to know my clients individually and working together to decide the best way to help you work through the things that brought you to counseling.
