I strive to help people move in the direction of growth and healing. I have a passion for working with people to overcome past traumas. To help them see that there is hope for healing and that they can have a joyful life. I also enjoy working with couples and families to strengthen their relationships. To help them resolve conflict and communication issues and show them alternatives to communicating and solving conflict. I want to create a safe place for my clients to be able to freely experience their feelings and for them to be encouraged and validated.
I am an LMFT Candidate working under the supervision of a licensed MFT and accruing hours toward licensure. I currently work with a wide range of clients, including teens and pre-teens, adults, and couples. I utilize an array of different techniques and approaches with my clients varying on the presenting problems
