I don't think that therapy is about fixing what’s “wrong” with you, but about understanding how your experiences have shaped you and learning how to move forward authentically into a space where you can experience healing. I work with people who are tired of carrying their load of anxiety, compulsive behavior, and depression. Many of my clients show up feeling anxious, disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure why things that “should” be working simply aren’t. My role is to help you slow things down, make sense of your experiences, and walk in to authenticity with you, leaving you feeling more aligned and connected to yourself.
I love connecting in real and authentic ways with clients. I work often with youth and young adults (15-28), drawing on my experience both as a therapist and as a high school teacher (LDS Seminary for 7 years). I love seeing people make significant breakthroughs and want to help you move quickly toward healing with help specifically tailored to your needs.
