As a licensed clinical social worker and colleague of the group private practice Mind on the Mend LLC, I offer evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to your needs. My expertise includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), EMDR, Gottman couples therapy, rational emotive behavioral therapy (REBT), and more.
