We humans often tend to put ourselves last, and so I just want to honor and acknowledge this first step you are taking. I provide a safe, non-judgmental, and calm approach when helping you work through such challenges as depression, anxiety, stress, anger, existential questions, and trauma; more specifically, religious trauma and upbringing. I help individuals not just manage symptoms, but get to the root of the issue.

I use evidence-based approaches; Mindfulness, CBT, ACT, Parts work, somatically focused, and am EMDR trained when working with trauma.
