Healing doesn’t always have to happen inside four walls. Sometimes, what we really need is fresh air, movement, and space to reconnect—with ourselves, with nature, and with something deeper. That’s why I offer a different kind of experience. Being outdoors and connecting with horses can bring clarity, calm, and insight in ways that traditional settings sometimes can’t. It’s a chance to explore something new—something more grounded, more open, and more expansive.
Horses have a unique ability to reflect our emotions, offering insight and support as clients navigate their challenges. I combine the benefits of traditional talk therapy with the powerful healing presence of these majestic animals. I specialize in anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, trauma, and addiction, creating a holistic approach to healing.
I’m fortunate to work alongside Rachel, an incredible equine specialist, whose expertise and passion for helping others are the backbone of our therapeutic process. Together, we create a safe space where clients can feel supported on their journey. We bring humor and empathy to every session! We can't wait to meet you! No equine experience necessary.
