Everyone has a story. You deserve to be seen and you deserve to be heard. As a therapist I have the sacred honor to hear your story. As an actor and performing artist, I understand the struggles of overthinking and love to work with my fellow overthinkers. I love aiding people who have experienced complex trauma- that have developed maladaptive patterns in their life and have lost their voice, power, and their identity. Maybe this stems from childhood, maybe from an abusive relationship or from abandonment.
I incorporate person centered therapy where we work together to uncover what is going on under the surface and bring that to awareness. I also infuse solution focused therapy to develop healthy coping mechanisms and help clients rediscover who they are. I specialize in anxiety, depression, wellness, and complex trauma.
