I practice psychotherapy with a collaborative and integrative approach by curating evidence-based practices that work in accordance with each client’s needs and styles of treatment. Primarily, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Psychodynamic Theory, Object Relations, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. My approach is strengths-based, person-centered, and trauma-informed. I passionately work with clients to create a judgment-free space that, over time, becomes a haven for discussing intimate or traditionally taboo subjects.
As a clinician, I treat adolescents and adults with various presenting issues, including depression, anxiety, panic attacks, stress, and OCD. I have worked extensively with the LGBTQ+ population, queer and heterosexual men, and performing artists. I have also worked as a crisis counselor and advocate on the National Sexual Assault Hotline.
Outside the office, I work as a theatrical mental health consultant, bridging my passions for mental health and theatre/film. I am also a proud member of the NASW-NY Jewish Social Workers Interest Group, working to combat antisemitism in the field. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
