My clients are ready to go beyond surface-level change and understand what’s truly driving their experience so they can create lasting transformation. I take a depth-oriented, integrative approach using Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and somatic trauma work, along with Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy. I’ve also developed the Phoenix Model, a framework designed to help access and shift deeply rooted patterns that traditional approaches don’t always reach.
