Feeling overwhelmed, emotionally reactive, or stuck in patterns of anxiety, ADHD symptoms, trauma, or relationship stress? You may notice racing thoughts, difficulty focusing, or conflict in relationships. Therapy can help you understand these patterns and develop practical tools for meaningful change.
As a QMHP-Registered therapist and MSW candidate, I work with youth, adults, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges.
My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and culturally responsive, creating a supportive space where clients feel respected and understood. I also provide affirming care for LGBTQ+ individuals.
I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness to help clients improve emotional regulation, communication, and resilience.
If you are feeling overwhelmed or navigating change, I would be honored to support you.
