I provide trauma-informed, compassionate therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction, along with common co-occurring concerns. My focus is on creating a safe, supportive relationship where healing and growth can take root. My approach integrates contemplative and somatic practices with evidence-based methods such as ACT, DBT, CBT, and mindfulness-based therapies. I work relationally, combining deep presence with practical strategies that help clients regulate their nervous system, shift unhelpful patterns, and build resilience.
I primarily work with adults and young adults (18+) who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, co-occurring concerns, or major life transitions. Many of my clients are everyday people, caregivers, professionals, veterans, or helpers who often put others first but are now ready to prioritize their own healing.

I listen deeply and reflect carefully, offering warmth and empathy while also gently challenging unhelpful beliefs or patterns.
