I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Re-processing (EMDR). I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health from Postpartum Support International. I also have training in Emotionally Focused Therapy to utilize with couples. I offer web-based counseling for individuals located in Minnesota and North Dakota.
