I tend to work in a structured way with people who are ready to make changes, reducing emotional distress, loosening the grip of painful memories, and helping you move forward with greater clarity, freedom, and confidence. Ancient Ways Counseling helps people let go of old ways of thinking and feeling. This work is focused and intentional, allowing many clients to get started sooner than in traditional therapy settings. The goal isn’t endless processing, but meaningful change—so you can live more fully in the present without constantly fighting the past.
