About

I am currently taking insurance and private pay. I have my therapy dog during my sessions. I have worked with clients though a variety of issues including emotional regulation, depression, divorce, anxiety, social anxiety, PTSD/trauma, grief, coping skills, peer relationships, and school-related issues.
I specialize in working with children (6-10) and college age (19-26). My modalities include EMDR, CBT, Person- Centered, and Solution- Focused. I also use my therapy dog, Ghost, in sessions.
My passion for helping people stems from early life experiences as a child dealing with family divorce and grief. It can be overwhelming going through these life changes alone as a child. This experience has helped me not only understand and relate to my clients, but also provide tools to cope and heal. I look forward to being a part of your journey.
