I can offer telehealth to anyone in Ohio or Indiana. I am accepting new couples and scheduling three to four weeks out.
About
I am trained in evidence based models that target emotional experiences to restructure relationships and activate healing. I assist couples by creating an environment that safely moves people towards one another allowing for new and life changing bonding experiences. With individuals, I welcome all parts of each person as they learn to befriend, understand, embrace, and lead themselves. The primary model I am trained in is Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples having completed the externship and all core skills. I also have training in Internal Family Systems (IFS). This training offers me an evidence-based road map that will help guide our work towards your goals.
My hope is that our work together will empower you to deepen an understanding and compassion towards yourself and towards the relationships around you as you cultivate life you long to have.
