Let's give it a chance to grow. I focus on inviting folks to activate internal healing and deepen external connection. In relational work, I hold space to slow down, track and rewire dynamics, and develop self awareness. Self-regulation is our best resource for moving towards our partner and letting them in. With individual work, I welcome all parts and explore the stories our parts hold. As we bring healing care to our parts and their stories, folks start to expand an awareness of the healer that's in them. I see folks as "stuck" and not "sick," and I hold the mantra: "just as there is a healer in me, there is a healer in you."
I have advanced training in Internal Family Systems and Emotionally Focused Therapy. These highly experiential evidence-based models offer a road map to guide treatment. I use these models to treat a range of issues from betrayal recovery, to finding sexual intimacy again, to trauma healing (together or individually), or deepening your relationships.
We're wired for attachment. My hope is that our work together will feel like a constant invitation to deepen care and compassion towards yourself and towards the relationships around you as you reauthor your story. Let's give it a chance to grow.

The attachment science that is weaved through Emotionally Focused Therapy will always function as a backbone of my clinical identity. The more I expand my training and experience in Internal Family Systems, the more personal my relationship is with the model. I relate to my own human experience through the language of IFS and it colors everything I'm exploring personally and therapeutically.
