Welcome! I provide mental health, addiction, and marriage counseling to adults, teens, and couples for a variety of issues. I believe that the connection between client and counselor is very important so I work to create a comfortable, supporting, and warm environment for you. I use my personality to "feel" what's been going on and to try to better understand how it's been impacting you. My approach is very empowering which helps you to take back control of your life. Bad experiences may prevent us from reaching out, but sometimes it just takes the right person at the right time. I look forward to achieving success with you!
By creating a supportive and positive environment we can really work together to explore and evaluate what you've been dealing with. Therapy for me is taking everything from your head and organizing it in front of us so we can both get a more clear idea of your emotions, reactions, and behaviors. We will work together to explore the life you want to live.
I have open availability which includes morning, afternoon, and evening appointments. I also offer telehealth therapy if the drive or work schedule conflicts with my availability.
