I am a psychologist in private practice proudly serving the Norman/Oklahoma City area. I offer individual, couples and family counseling for a wide range of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress, life transitions, career uncertainty, and interpersonal difficulties. Using the latest techniques and research, I will personalize your counseling experience to best fit your unique problems, goals and preferences. It would be my privilege to help you achieve a more satisfying life!
I use Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioral therapy, which is an approach designed to improve mental health by changing negative patterns of thought. I also integrate ideas and techniques of Emotion Focused, Solution Focused, and Acceptance and Commitment therapies.
My practice is full time, so I see typically see clients from 8:30AM through 4:30PM. My practice is located at Aurora Professional Center in the Quorum Office Park in north central Norman. Please call if you'd like to schedule an appointment!
