My practice is centered around serving clients that are ready to move their lives forward. I have served clients with addictions, anger issues, anxieties, bipolar disorder, depression, grief, low self-esteem, post-traumatic stress and other traumas. These clients came ready to do the hard work of therapy and discovering the way forward with peace, passion, and a renewed purpose.
Caring is my calling and I offer an eclectic approach to psychotherapy allowing me to pull from various psychotherapeutic practices to tailor fit a treatment plan to your unique experience. We must meet in person for the intake portion of therapy; after, we can build a plan for in-office or on-line treatment for you and and your life's schedule.
