I am committed to providing my clients with a relationship that is secure, collaborative, non-judgmental, and respectful. Although I have over a decade of training in the nature of psychological problems that can trouble us, my focus as a psychologist is in the client as a whole person, with an emphasis on their strengths.
The decision to contact a psychologist is not an easy one but after a few sessions, people usually feel a sense of relief and are glad they did. I offer free phone consultations where I help bring clarity and connect you to the type of practitioner most appropriate for you.
In addition to my private practice, I enjoy doing stress reduction workshops for organizations in the Balt/DC area. I'm an affiliate professor at Loyola Univerity & Towson University where I teach developing therapists Group Counseling, Family & Couple's Therapy, Supervision Practicum, and research-supported mindfulness interventions for clients with anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns.
