I believe that at some point in our lives, we are faced with situations that are too difficult to overcome on our own. I know I have faced situations like this, and almost everyone I know has found themselves one of these situations. Sometimes, that situation involves difficulty processing and coping with our emotional state, whether that's from changes in life, or from no clear cause. Sometimes we just need to talk through it and work through our emotions, whatever the cause may be. I know that many of us are unable to seek treatment due to scheduling. I offer appointments after hours and on weekends.

I've worked with clients for the past 10 years that deal with a range of emotional challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, bipolar disorder, and many others. The coping skills that are taught are an important part of the therapeutic process, but the connection with your therapist is at least as important.

My goal is to help you feel comfortable in the uncomfortable situations that life can throw at us. We all face difficult situations that challenge our ability to cope with life, but I believe that we can learn to cope and to turn those challenges into growth opportunities.
