I help individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion, clarity, and evidence-based support. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns, my goal is to support meaningful change and relief. With ongoing economic uncertainty affecting work, relationships, and identity, it’s more important than ever to have a space to process and build emotional resilience. I offer a grounded, supportive space to manage stress, adapt to change, and reconnect with your values and discover meaning in a values based life.
I've dedicated my career to creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard and empowered. My approach draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based practices, and existential interventions. There is not often a one size fits all for unique individuals with complex challenges.
My approach focuses on getting to really understand the unique individual and exploring the questions and challenges my clients are dealing with. I view therapy as a collaborative process of investigating a client’s personal values and as a springboard to constructing new, creative, and fun ways to move forward in life. I look forward to hearing from you.
