About
The past few years have seen rapid changes in the way we work, spend our time, and go about our daily lives. Perhaps like many, these last few years have worn you down considerably and negatively impacted your mental well-being. Seeking therapeutic services for the first time can feel like an overwhelming task. Maybe there were challenges prior to the pandemic, or recently things have become more intensified in your life due to a variety of factors. I offer free consultations for all potential clients as an opportunity to meet me, have your questions answered, and see if I can be helpful with what you are most needing support with.
I have over 15 years of experience working with couples, depression, anxiety, and a wide variety of mental health challenges. Working with a therapist provides the opportunity to have a supportive, encouraging, unbiased person in your corner who can help you cope more effectively, understand yourself more deeply, and move towards what you most value in life.
My approach focuses on getting to really understand the wholly unique individual and exploring the questions and challenges my clients are dealing with. I view therapy as a collaborative process of investigating a client’s personal values as a springboard to constructing new and creative ways to move forward in life. I look forward to hearing from you.
