Most people come to me because something in their life is not working the way it used to. You might feel stuck, frustrated, anxious, or unsure what comes next. Maybe you are dealing with stress, depression, life transitions, or feeling disconnected from yourself or others. You have a story, and right now it might feel messy or unfinished. Therapy gives you space to slow down, make sense of what you are going through, and start building a direction that actually fits you.
I work with individuals who want real growth and change. I often support clients with disabilities, anxiety, depression, and identity challenges, helping them find their voice and recognize their strengths. I also work with clients who want to include faith, especially those from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
I am both a therapist and a longtime Dungeons and Dragons storyteller, so I understand how the stories we tell shape our lives.
