My work with clients to empower them and to identify their personal strengths and build upon these skills to assist them in working toward goals, effectively confronting challenges and finding healing from pain and suffering.
I am a fully licensed clinical Social Worker, LMSW. I have a background working in outpatient community mental health and utilizing techniques based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Trauma informed Therapy, Motivational Interviewing to assist people with symptoms of anxiety, depression, anger, and adjusting to life changes
