Are you feeling stuck? I work with individuals and couples to help you get "unstuck." My main specialty areas include relationship issues, depression, anxiety, and career concerns. Twenty years of counseling people from all walks of life has shown me that strength-based approaches to counseling can be very successful. We won't just look at what's going wrong....we'll also explore what you're doing well and build on that. Change is possible and should be expected, not just hoped for!
