Hi, I’m Brad—welcome!
Whether you’re here because you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just not like yourself, I’m really glad you’ve found your way here. If you’re carrying the weight of trauma, gambling/drug addiction, anxiety or depression, you’re not alone. Reaching out is a powerful first step toward relief and clarity.
I work with adults navigating a wide range of challenges—from lingering trauma and addictive patterns to burnout, grief, and relationship wounds. Many of the people I work with feel like they’ve been “holding it together” for a long time on the outside, but are ready to feel better on the inside too.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused. I offer weekly therapy as well as EMDR intensives. I have extensive training in EMDR, IFS, gambling disorder, and substance use disorder to treat trauma and the ways we cope with it. I Chair the WA Gambling Counselor Certification Committee and train others to treat gambling disorder.
